Information is shared with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead services in order to pursue residents’ interests where it is necessary to do so. Privacy Notices for all council services are published to the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Privacy Policy page.

Your information will only be shared with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead services in order to pursue the matters raised. On occasions your information may be shared with other elected members and partner organisations.

Retention periods for all services are published on their Privacy Notice. Information supplied to the Elected Member is routinely stored as a permanent record.
