Personal information is collected to send out surveys to prospective suppliers and process a query or request which may include the processing of your name, address, email address and contact number(s).
How we use the information provided
We use your personal information to process responses to our surveys for internal use only, follow-up on feedback provided, liaise with you regarding any procurement queries and respond to enquiries.

Your personal information is processed within RBWM Council only. We may only share personal information if required under an applicable data protection exemption such as for the prevention and detection of a crime.

Personal information will be stored for up to five years or for the length of our contract with you.
