How we collect information
We are collecting your personal information through a digital form.
What information is collected
We will collect the following information from you - name, email address and an indication of what demographic you represent in Berkshire for example:
- Farmer;
- Forester;
- Landowner;
- land managers;
- interested residents;
- borough, town or parish councillors;
- developers;
- part of a business;
- Non-Governmental organisation (NGO);
- public body.
How we use the information provided
We are collecting your data to assist us with creating of our Engagement Strategy. We will use your data to understand how you would like to be involved, provide you information about the plan, inform you of related events, and to assist us in understanding your accessibility needs.
Who has access to the information about you
Our Natural Environment Team and our Communications Team.
Who we may share your information with
An external engagement facilitator, Natural England, external Nature Recovery Steering Group, external Nature Recovery Stakeholder Engagement Working Group.
How long we store your information
We will retain your information for 4 months from completion of the survey.
