General Data Protection Regulation Article 6(1)(c) processing is necessary for processing is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.

Personal information is collected to process a query or request and communicate with you on the work and progress of the partnership.

RBWM Council and RBWM Councillors.

Who we may share your information with

We may share your personal information with other organisations for the purpose of carrying out our function or enable third party suppliers to perform their duties. 

We may also share personal information if required under an applicable data protection exemption such as for the prevention and detection of a crime.

How long we store your information

Your personal information will be stored for up to twelve months after the date it has been processed.
