Rights of Way and Highway Licensing Panel

  • To make changes to footpaths and rights of way, including both temporary and permanent diversions.
  • Membership: Eight Councillors.
  • Number meetings: Meets as and when required - normally once a year.
  • Start time: 6.30pm.
  • Virtual or in person: Mix of both.
