Listed below are RBWM Council Meetings descriptions. All meetings held in Maidenhead Town Hall unless otherwise indicated.

Licensing

Licensing and Public Space Protection Order Sub Committee

  • The sub-committees of the Licensing Panel, where applications for premises licenses are heard, with any objections being considered.
  • Membership: Three Councillors – all pooled from the 11 Licensing Panel Members.
  • Number of meetings: Held as and when required.
  • Start time: Daytime.
  • Virtual or in person: In person as decision making.

Licensing Panel

  • Considers changes in regulation to be applied in the Borough, covering all types of licenses such as premises, sexual entertainment, gambling and hackney carriages.
  • Membership: 11 Councillors.
  • Number of meetings: Four meetings per year.
  • Start time: 6pm.
  • Virtual or in person: In person as decision making meeting.
