Audit and Governance Committee

  • To consider key statutory items like the Annual Statement of Accounts, Annual Governance Statement and reports from internal audit.
  • Membership: Five Councillors – no Cabinet Members.
  • Number of meetings: Four meetings a year.
  • Start time: 7pm.
  • Virtual or in person: In person as decision making meeting.
