Schools

School Improvement Forum

  • To ensure that children faced with disadvantages across the borough achieve well and to celebrate the success of schools in supporting vulnerable pupils.
  • Membership: Three Councillors, including the relevant Cabinet Member and opposition equivalent.
  • Number of meetings: Three meetings per year.
  • Start time: 5pm.
  • Virtual or in person: Virtual.

Schools Forum

  • To consider school related financial issues and to provide advice to the Council about such matters.
  • Membership: No Councillors, made up of representatives from schools.
  • Number of meetings: Four to five meetings per year.
  • Start time: 2pm.
  • Virtual or in person: Virtual.
