Personal information may be collected from you face to face, via phone, email and when you complete online forms on the RBWM Together website.

The type of information we will collect from you includes: 

  • Username 
  • Email address
  • Contact number(s)
  • Address
  • Feedback / user experiences for project evaluation purposes.

How we use the information provided

Your personal information is processed to register and sign you up to receive information about the borough's Biodiversity Action Plan and communications about the Verge on the Wild Side community project. This project is hosted by RBWM to encourage residents to become more involved with exploring the community, parks, greenspaces.

Who has access to the information about you

RBWM Council internal departments where there is a legal basis to do so, including Communities, Parks & Countryside, Natural Environment and the Highways Team.

Who we may share your information with

We may share your personal information with other organisations for the purpose of carrying out our function or enable third party suppliers to perform their duties. 

We may also share personal information if required under an applicable data protection exemption such as for the prevention and detection of a crime.

How long we store your information

Your personal information is stored for three years or until you return the verge to RBWM Council.

You have the right to opt out from receiving communications from us and RBWM processing your personal information. Please contact us by email and we will be able to assist you with this process.
