How we collect information
We are collecting your personal information through a digital and paper version through our partner organisation, Max Associates / Leisure Net who we have commissioned to run this survey and collate the data on behalf of RBWM.
What information is collected
We will collect the following information from you:
- Ethnicity
- Age
- Gender
- Postcode
- Email addresses only of those opting for further research (focus groups for this survey)
- Exercise habits / behaviour and use of existing leisure facilities
- Main contact email address
- Long-term disabilities and / or health conditions
How we use the information provided
We will use your feedback to help RBWM better understand your exercise habits and to establish if you can easily access local sports and wellbeing facilities. We will be able to use the information you have provided to pinpoint any barriers hindering you from using our sports and leisure services, and to also ensure equal provision for all residents.
The findings from this survey will help to inform RBWM’s future leisure services which is due to be discussed in 2023.
Who has access to the information about you
Your responses to the survey are anonymous. However, we will use summarized data from the results to provide information to our Communications Team and Public Health.
Who we may share your information with
Our partner organisation, Max Associates / Leisure Net.
How long we store your information
We will retain your information for six months from completion of the survey.
