The purpose of the Ascot High Street: Reference Group is to engage and consult with the public on the Supplementary Planning Documents (SPD) to improve the High Street. Your comments and views will help draft the SPD.

We will collect your personal data through paper and online forms and email.
What information is collected
We collect the following personal information from you: name, email address, organisation name, position held and telephone numbers.
How we use the information provided
We will use the information that we have collected to update you on the next stage of the consultation. Some responses from you may be published on our webpages as part of the review process for transparency, however your personal information is redacted.
Who has access to the information about you
The RBWM Planning Policy, Infrastructure Team and Communications Team.
Who we may share your information with
We may share your personal information with our partner organisations, Project Centre and DHUD Ltd.
How long we store your information
Personal information is retained for three years.
