The data is collected by completing our online form on our website or by calling the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Customer Contact Centre.

We will ask for your name, address, contact phone number and email address so we are able to contact you with an update on your concern. We will also ask for relevant information regarding the unauthorised encampment.

The data provided will be used so we can investigate the unauthorised encampment further and deal with it appropriately.

The Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Environmental Health Residential Services and the Community Wardens.

The Thames Valley Police, appropriate council services including housing, education, health care, Social Care and Shared Legal Services, courts, and other judicial agencies (if we have to obtain a court order).
