How we collect information

Information (principally names and contact details) is collected by the Community Wardens whilst on tasking patrols. The information is then shared with the Thames Valley Police via a password protected form online which is then emailed.

Name, address, phone number.

The information is used by the Council and Police for the support of prosecution of criminal activities.

The information gathered is accessed by the Thames Valley Police and Community Safety Team with the relevant password protection.

Information is shared where appropriate with Thames Valley Police.

Four to six years.
