SANG application procedure

Steps Strategic SANG Procedure     Third Party SANG procedure
STEP ONE Contact the Council to establish there is sufficient capacity for the Strategic SANG to mitigate the proposed development

Contact the Private SANG owner / manager to secure formal / legal agreement for SANG mitigation
STEP TWO Submit planning application with confirmation of Strategic SANG capacity Submit application with a binding Third Party SANG agreement to demonstrate SANG has been secured
STEP THREE Enter into a s106 Agreement with the Royal Borough to secure SANG and SAMM payment upon commencement of the development Enter into a s106 Agreement with the Royal Borough, drafted on the basis that an agreement has already been entered into with the Third Party SANG owner and the SANG contribution paid direct to that party (evidence of this Third Party agreement will be annexed to the s106 agreement with the Council) and securing SAMM contributions upon commencement of the development, paid direct to the Council.    
STEP FOUR  Planning application decision issued. Planning application decision issued
