Moving Traffic Enforcement frequently asked questions
The Royal Borough of Windsor & Maidenhead is preparing to start enforcement of existing moving traffic restrictions, initially at 10 problem locations, in order to improve road safety and reduce congestion.
Will this cost me money?
No – the schemes are funded by the council. It will only cost members of the public money if they are served a Penalty Charge Notice for not complying with the restrictions and fail to successfully appeal.
