Fred Fuzzens (1921-1995)

Fred Fuzzens is commemorated as a local historian and lifelong citizen of Windsor. He was a local postman. His father, also Fred Fuzzens, was the first Labour Mayor of Windsor.

The plaque was unveiled in 1997
