Wheelchair accessibility
At our libraries we have:
- Entrances that are ramped with rails where appropriate.
- Automatic doors.
- Main entrances wide enough for wheelchair access.
Accessible toilets
- Toilet and nappy changing facilities.
- Space for assistance.

Lifts
- Available for all library users.
- Access to all floors via lifts.
- Can be used independently by wheelchair users.
Safe Spaces
Libraries are safe spaces if you are feeling anxious or concerned. You can ask for help and will be signposted to the correct support.
