Library staff can help all residents with accessing council services. For help at quieter times, visit Windsor Library or Maidenhead Library during our accessibility sessions. 

You can get help with:

  • Advantage cards.
  • Bus passes.
  • Paying for council services. 
  • Council tax
  • Benefits. 
  • School applications.
  • Reporting problems. 
  • Council applications. 

We can assist with accessing:

  • Adult services.
  • Children services. 
  • Health services. 

Safe Spaces

Libraries are safe spaces if you are feeling anxious or concerned. You can ask for help and will be signposted to the correct support.
