How do I apply for the discount?
You can apply for virtual permits via the RingGo Parking app, which once authorised will enable you to receive the discount in the car parks for which you have a virtual permit.
Applications for virtual permits must be made through your RingGo account on the RingGo Parking app, under the permit section of the app. Detailed instructions can be found at https://myringgo.co.uk/. Permit applications can be made via a desktop, laptop, tablet or smartphone.
