Employment Land Review 2009

The Employment Land Review Update for the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead was published in September 2009 and forms part of the evidence base for the Borough Local Plan. The study has three main elements - a review of the local economy and its potential, an examination of future employment space needs up to the year 2026, and an assessment of potential sites for employment development. The study is consistent with current good practice and advice from central government and the South East England Partnership Board. It found that the Borough was an attractive location in which to do business, with a good range of employment sites available.

An executive summary of the study is available to download below. As part of the Borough Local Plan Preferred Options consultation, the full version of this document can be viewed under the supporting documents tab on the Online Consultation Portal.
