Change or cancel a season ticket

For changes of registration number:

• Contact us at parking@rbwm.gov.uk,
• We will arrange for a new permit to be issued,
• You will need to return your old season ticket.
• Please give as much notice as possible to ensure the new badge is issued in time

A season ticket may be cancelled at any time by returning it to us with a covering letter.

Refunds can only be made:

• For whole months remaining on the ticket,
• To whoever paid the original amount or invoice.
