Request a planning enforcement investigation

Following the initial investigation one of the following conclusions is normally reached:

• The work does not need planning permission or already has it.
• The work needs planning permission but permission could be granted if the person or organisation makes an application to retain it.
• The work needs planning permission and we are unlikely to grant it.
• We need more information to reach a decision on appropriate action.
