Berkshire strategic housing market assessment
A Strategic Housing Market Assessment provides detailed information about existing and future housing need and demand.
The council has along with the other local authorities in Berkshire and the Thames Valley Berkshire Local Enterprise Partnership, commissioned consultants to prepare a SHMA to inform local planning.
The key recommendations of the SHMA project were presented at a meeting of stakeholders on Tuesday 20 October 2015. The presentation can be viewed below.
