Planning application forms

The Portal provides a number of tools and guides to help you prepare your application and submit it to us and they are able to take payment of the application fee at the time of submitting your application.

Prior to making your application please refer to the council's guidance on what to submit with your application.

If you are not able to access the Planning Portal you can download and print paper copies of the forms from their website.

• Please remember that if you are not applying online you will have to supply one copy of all the required supporting documents and plans. You will also have to calculate the necessary fees yourself.
• Application forms with the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead logo should not be used to send applications to other local planning authorities.
