We are a member of the Local Authority Building Control (LABC) Partner Authority Scheme.
The is a membership organisation representing all local authority building control departments in England and Wales, dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in building design and construction.
Agents, architects, developers and builders have the opportunity to join the scheme by submitting building regulations applications for work throughout England and Wales to us.
