Report a house in multiple occupation
We are working hard to identify houses in multiple occupation (HMOs) across the borough to ensure they meet the appropriate standards.
All HMOs must be managed effectively and failing to keep an HMO in good and safe repair is an offence.
If you suspect a property may be an HMO without a licence or if you know of an HMO which is unsafe, in poor repair or you have concerns about the management you can report it to us to investigate.

Before reporting a suspected HMO please check our public register to see if the property is already licenced.
