Whatever your age, whether on your own or part of a school/ group/ family etc, it makes physical activity fun as you search and discover hidden Street Tag points (called tags) at locations across the borough.
You do this how you wish – as long as it involves exercise – such as walking, running, and cycling.
And the more tags you collect mean prizes.
Street Tag also enables you to run competitions and leaderboards within and between organisations, such as schools and community groups.
How To Play
Street Tag is due to launch in the Royal Borough this summer (2024), with the first of three game seasons. These will each last eight weeks.
The first two game seasons will be specifically for schools, their pupils, and families.
Please note – the school game will only be available when travelling to and from school. But pupils and their families will be able play at weekends and evenings.
For the third game season, due next year, everyone in the Royal Borough will be invited to play.
Tags for the three game seasons will be placed along various school routes and in places of interest including parks and at events. Furthermore, players will be able to add their own tags for others to find.
Points Mean Prizes
Those earning the most points by collecting tags, will win a prize for their team. The prizes up for grabs will be announced in due course. Bonus points will also be on offer during each game season.
Teams and players will also be able to track their points on a dedicated Royal Borough Schools Leaderboard and a wider Community Leaderboard for everyone.
