Matthews Court

I wish to make a freedom of information request regarding the street lighting at Matthews Court. I have been informed by your highways team that all streetlights at Matthews Court are the responsibility of RBWM, this includes maintenance and energy costs. I would like to be provided with the usage of the street lighting over the past two years, and the reflective energy cost for street lighting within Matthews Court. Can you also provide the process in which this is calculated. If possible, I would also like the meter number of the electricity supply which supplies these lights.
