Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, I would like to request the following information relating to landscaping and grounds maintenance services within the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead:
1. A list of all landscaping and grounds maintenance companies currently contracted by the council, including:
o Company names
o Nature of services provided
o Contract start and end dates
o Contract values
2. A list of companies who submitted bids for these contracts, identifying:
o The highest bidders (by proposed contract value)
o The winning bidder(s)
3. Any relevant tender documents, contract award notices, or procurement summaries related to the most recent procurement process for landscaping or grounds maintenance services.
If possible, please also include:
• Any performance review or evaluation criteria used in awarding the contracts
• Whether subcontractors are used and, if so, their details
