FOI001364 EIR Planning

This request is for:
(a) a copy of the Phase 1 and 2 Ecology surveys and Ecological Assessment prepared by Ecology Solutions for Taylor Wimpey in relation to planning application ref. 24/02786/FULL which are referred to in the Maidenhead Development Control Panel Report dated 27th February 2025 and which are not available to view on the Council's planning applications website; and
(b) a copy of the Environmental Statement Appendix 06.02– Ecology Baseline Report in relation to planning application ref. 24/00091/OUT by Cala Homes which presents the findings of baseline ecological survey work comprising a desk study, habitat survey, protected and notable species surveys for species for which the habitat survey showed signs of presence or suitable habitat: badger, bats (site activity, and assessments of the presence of roosting bats in buildings and trees), reptiles, breeding birds and great crested newts.
