Please can you send info who will be carrying the job, how the company won it, what are the criteria for the bid, how much will it cost with the detailed job cost in spreadsheet form, who is responsible for this project. As well how will it improve the financial situation and time of investment return. Seems expensive 6 million pounds for heat pumps and solar panels. Just want to make sure every penny is spend correctly and nothing will be wasted.
