It has recently been reported in the national daily Mail newspaper that [officer’s name] the Deputy Town Manager of Windsor, Eton and Ascot works remotely from Kyrgyzstan.

Please let me know the following:-

A) The date [officer’s name] commenced working remotely from Kyrgyzstan.

B) Assuming he visits RBWM the full postal address of his office when here.

C) By year since he located to Kyrgyzstan the number of days he physically spent on Council work in each of the following locations - Windsor, Eton and Ascot

D) Do you make HMRC Income Tax deductions from [officer’s name] salary ? I understand he would not be considered “tax resident” in the UK if he visited this country for less than 183 days in a single tax year.
