2. Licensing, Permits, and Compliance
• A copy of the environmental permit granted to the facility to operate at the facility
• Any special conditions or exemptions provided to the company for operating in close proximity to residential homes.
• A copy of any planning permissions or exemptions that allowed the facility to operate in proximity to residential properties.
• Records of any inspections, compliance checks, or audits carried out by your authority on the facility in the past 5 years.
• Details of any fines, warnings, or enforcement actions taken against the facility due to non-compliance with regulations.
3. Safety and Hazardous Material Handling
• Any risk assessments related to the storage and handling of hazardous substances at the facility.
• Documentation on the facility’s hazardous waste disposal methods and any reported incidents of improper disposal.
