2. The number of those commercial sites that are specifically marketed or made available for lease to businesses involved in the renewable energy sector, specifically those focused on the installation, maintenance, and training related to air source heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage systems (such as Tesla Powerwalls).
3. A description of any specific policies or initiatives the Royal Borough of Windsor and Maidenhead Council has in place to support the leasing of commercial sites to businesses involved in the renewable energy sector.
This may include:
o Preferential rent or lease terms for businesses involved in the renewable energy sector.
o Grants or funding available to businesses involved in the renewable energy sector for leasehold improvements or the installation of renewable energy systems on leased premises.
o Dedicated support services for businesses involved in the renewable energy sector seeking to lease commercial space.
o Any other relevant policies or initiatives, such as those aimed at promoting sustainable business practices or supporting the development of green skills.
4. A list of any current vacancies specifically marketed towards businesses involved in the renewable energy sector, particularly those specialising in the installation, maintenance, and training related to air source heat pumps, solar panels, and battery storage systems.
