At full council on Wednesday the 20th of November Cllr. Adam Bermange said, referring to a period of time before March 2023, "We [RBWM] were spending money unlawfully on day to day expenditure".
There would have to be a significant document trail of journals, postings, reports and investigations to support such a serious accusation.
Please disclose all documents and correspondence that he and any of his cabinet colleagues would have seen that underpin this assertion.
