Under the Freedom of Information Act I am requesting copies of all correspondence, communications written and electronic, minutes of meetings (both internal within the authority and with external parties) of all discussions, requests, responses and discussions in relation to RBWM from the period June 2023 onwards:
Seeking exceptional financial support from government and any other support pursuant to the various resolutions of cabinet and other decisions taken to request such support.
Making representations to have the cap on council tax increased or removed either as part of pan local government representatives or part of an RBWM specific offer. This should include all responses to said representations to date.
Requesting and receiving all correspondence , minutes and discussion records relating to RBWM seeking said financial support in the context of the devolution white paper.
For absolute clarity this should include held information by all officers and all elected members including, but not limited to, the Chief Executive, Executive Director for Resources (Section 151 Officer), and Monitoring Officer to enter into an agreement with DLUHC, plus the Leader of the Council and Cabinet Member for Finance.
