Understanding that there is a grant in place, can I ask who funds that grant? I assume the grant goes to RBWM to cover the costs?

You say no other work had been undertaken on the property, but you had workmen in for several weeks before the disabled access was installed replacing fascia’s, doors, bathroom and internal works. This would have been undertaken by RBWM surely and would have incurred a cost. A grant would not cover this general maintenance surely. If covered by RBWM, I’d like to be provided the costs to undertake under the FOI.

Did the disabled access get planning permission as smaller porches extending from the front of any other house would require permission. Again, supporting documentation would be appreciated.
