I am writing to request information under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. If possible, could you please provide me with the following:
1. The Household Support Fund (HSF) delivery plans submitted by your authority to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) for the following periods: a) Wave 3: 1 October 2022 to 31 March 2023 b) Wave 4: 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 c) Wave 5: 1 April 2024 to 30 September 2024
2. If multiple versions of the delivery plan were submitted for any of these periods, please provide all versions.
For context, the delivery plan is a requirement outlined in the DWP's guidance documents for the Household Support Fund. The most recent guidance (for Wave 5) specifies this requirement in paragraphs 57-60.
