Please could you tell me for the financial year 2023 / 24 1) How many public toilets the council operates 2) How many public toilets are currently unused or mothballed 3) How much the public toilets cost to operate and service each year . Ideally this would be a breakdown of costs and be an ex vat price 4) Provide any statistics on public toilet usage. IE an estimate on how many people access and use the public toilet service each year.
