Can you please provide me with the following information and documents, which I do not seem able to find on-line on your website.

Appl No 707/51        Golf Course – John Lewis
Appl No 9459/71      Change of use of Golf Course etc  -  John Lewis Properties

Golf Club parking : There was an application for Car Parking and lighting but please note the area involved in the application seems to relate to only the top section of the present car park. Currently the Golf Club use both the top and lower car parking areas. Has there been any subsequent request for the additional parking space. Reason for the question is that the person who purchased the Golf Club personally called on all the local residents, promising that the use of the club would not change from when John Lewis managed the property.  At that time we had around two dozen or so vehicle movements a day. Currently we have around 450 to 500 each day, along country lanes the vast majority of which are single lane, None of the lanes and junctions are anywhere near the minimum required under you guidance requirements. It is an accident just waiting to happen.

Would an application for an entertainment centre and social venue facility/public House, which is what the Club is fast becoming, receive unlimited approval if received today.

Planning approval for the construction of No 1 Grange Lane as staff accommodation for Winter Hill Golf Club
Planning approval for the construction of No 2 Grange Lane as staff accommodation for Winter Hill Golf Club
Has there been any subsequent approval for the two properties to be sold off without restriction
Would the same apply to Grange Cottage, Grange Lane.  I believe owned by John Lewis
