For many years I have been concerned about ratepayers money being wasted on paying the contractors who cut our hedges and look after our landscaping etc. I have been in contact with councillors who inform me that RBWM are currently in a contract where no one from RBWM can check the quality of the work and the penalties for cowboy workmanship are minimal. Ratepayers funds are being wasted and action needs to taken to ensure certain standards. Can you please provide me a detailed account of what this company has been paid in the last financial year and a copy of the contract agreed with RBWM
