Could you please tell me how many applications for residential drop kerbs (Domestic vehicle access) have been approved utilising the "Exceptional Circumstances" clause in the RBWM highways terms and conditions, since Jan 2021 to current. (RBWM area only)
For each of these approvals, could you please detail the accepted grounds used to invoke the exceptional circumstances clause.
Further to this, can you please advise how many drop kerbs have been permitted by RBWM highways which violate the terms and conditions since Jan 2021. Please only include applications where said applications did not utilise the exceptional circumstances clause, and/or planning consent was used to override the highways terms and conditions.
