I would like to see copies of all correspondence between RBWM and the current owner of Strande Park mobile home park site in Cookham.
The owning company has been known as Sines Park Holdings Ltd (and in some cases Sines Parks Luxury Living Limited.)
The owner himself has been known as [name], [name], and most recently, [name].
I would also like to see any correspondence in regard to Strande Park between RBWM and the Mr [name] (including former names) or any representative of this company – such as Strande Park’s current site manager, Fit and Proper Person or legal representative(s).
I would additionally like to see of all correspondence between RBWM and previous site owners at particular points in time.
Previous owners include Holly Lodge (Kingswood) Limited and Haulfryn Group.
I would like to see correspondence from the company; it owner [name]; and any of his representatives; on the subject of Strande Park, at two periods of time:
1) Relating to the transferral of ownership and/or site licence to Holly Lodge (Kingswood) Ltd from Haulfryn Group Ltd in 2015.
2) Relating to the transferral of ownership and/or site licence from Holly Lodge (Kingswood) Ltd to Sines Park Holdings Ltd.
I would also like to see any correspondence from Haulfryn and its representatives relating to matters of ownership and site licence transferral in 2015.
Lastly, I would like to see any correspondence between RBWM and Shanly Group relating to Strande Park. Shanly Homes purchased the site adjacent to the caravan park itself for homes development.
