We would like to formally request (as a FOI Act request) that you supply us with all information, including internal email correspondence and communications with the owner of No. 30 (redacted as necessary) relating to this case. From my understanding this request cannot be exempt from disclosure under Part II, Section 30 of the FOI Act. Furthermore, we would like to request a list of all closed enforcement cases with their decisions, within the past 3 years, which relate to complaints regarding front boundary fences.
