I understand from [...] Adam Afriyie MP that local regulations prohibit the use of fireworks by residents between 11pm and 7am, except on specific occasions.
Please would you detail:
1. Which specific RBWM regulations are in place to enforce these restrictions
2. How many residents or households in 2022 were reported to RBWM for contravening the fireworks curfew
3. How many residents or households in 2022 were investigated by RBWM for contravening the fireworks curfew
4. Which RBWM department/service is tasked with ensuring the fireworks curfew is not broken
5. What range of penalties (if any) are available to RBWM in fining those responsible for breaking the fireworks curfew
6. What actions the RBWM department/service intends to take over the next month to ensure the fireworks curfew is enforced, particularly in the area around Bray Lake / Tithe Barn Drive, Bray, SL6
7. Which dates RBWM deem to apply to Diwali, where the fireworks curfew begins at 1am instead of 11pm.
8. What recompense / support is available to pet owners whose neighbours are ignorant of, or refuse to comply with, the fireworks curfew, and must instead endure loud and frightening firework explosions.
9. What recompense / support is available to residents with PTSD and other mental health disabilities whose conditions are triggered by fireworks.
