Royal Borough Kidwells Park Trust Grants are made under the Terms of Reference of the Kidwells Park Trust towards providing facilities for recreation, aimed particularly at increasing cultural activity.
The RBWM are trustees of this charity and as such are required to manage the trust in a responsible manner and as such please can the following questions be answered.
Please can the reason and justification behind this statement be released.
Has the KIdwells Park Trust accepted any applications so far in the 23-24 period.
During the period 22-23 all of the grants made were in November 2022, will the Trustees be meeting again in November 2023.
Please can the minutes of all Trustees meetings over the last 2 years be made available.
Please can the full accounts of the Trust over the last 2 years be made available.
Please can details of the total value of the grants made so far in the 23-24 period be provided and the total number (not the names) of the recipients.
How does this compare to the periods 22-23 and 21-22.
According to the Charity Commission over the last 5 years income has always exceeded expenditure for the Trust. This would infer that there is still sufficient capital and income within the investments to enable grants in the 23-24 period. Please explain why no grants are currently being made.
