On 28th June 2018 RBWM published a report entitled Conservation Area Appraisals Review Programme. On 24 November 2022 RBWM posted a notice in The Gazette stating that the current boundary (of the conservation area) had been extended to include 1-16 Black Butts Cottages, Cookham Nursery School, Cookham Reach Sailing Club, Winterbourne and land to the West of the Sailing Club. According to the Conservation Area Appraisals Review Programme above each of those five properties or land areas would have been subject to review for eligibility for inclusion in the conservation area as prescribed by Appendix 1 and Appendix 2 of the Review Programme. I am requesting a copy of the assessments thereby conducted for each of the five properties or land areas above.
