2. Did RBWM carry out the required “fit and proper “ persons test ( see act reference below) on

c. and please provide a copy of the RBWM register of “fit and proper persons” as per CLAUSE 5.122(e) of the act( see below) . This should be available for public review at the town hall, required to be available ( 122(b)). I cannot see the register online ( as required by 122(c) ) which will carry the details as required (in same section 125).Please direct me the correct link. If it does not exist, please state such.
d. and what if any fees were paid for the test(s) ( at the discretion of local authority)
For reference I refer to the “fit and proper persons” test for Park Homes licensees . To make sure we are on the same page I refer to “The mobile homes( requirements for manager of site to be fit and proper person) (England ) Regulations 2020. Enacted September 2020 ( 3 years ago) and all managers to have applied and been subsequently approved between 1 July 2021 and 1 October 21 (2 years ago).
