On 9th January 2023, I received an email from 'xxx, Transport Manager' at RBW&M, stating
'Thankyou for your email regarding the timetable case on Queens Street, Maidenhead. I apologise this has not been carried out but this is on our list or repairs, we have been carrying out an audit of all bus stops and shelters in order to get ontop of repairs to make improvements to infrastructure across the borough. This report will be reviewed by me next week and repairs carried out as soon as possible.'
This is just one of several defects I have reported on RBW&M bus stops over the past year, very few of which have been rectified.
My FOI request therefore:
In the RBW&M audit referred to above
1, Please supply a list of all bus stops within the RBW&M that have been identified in this audit of having a problem.
2, Please supply a full list of all repairs and rectification work carried out, and the date when it was carried out.
3, Please supply a full list of all remaining bus stop problems, for which repairs and defects are still outstanding.
4, Please supply a list showing the dates by when any remaining as yet unrepaired/unrectified bus stop defects will be completed.
