I am writing to please request information on two matters.
1. Planning application 20/00969 includes documents referring to attenuation storage tanks that have been installed in the south-east corner of the site. On NJP drawing 8427/560D the installation is described as a 1500m³ attenuation storage crate system 1m to 2m below ground and the drawing title block says “As Built”. The landscape assessment by AFLA Ltd. includes photographs of the area with the description of attenuation tanks covered with temporary car park surfacing. Google Earth images suggest that the installation took place sometime between 2014 and 2017.
Can you please advise the planning application and the reference number for which permission was specifically granted for this installation?
2. Planning permission 13/01098/CONDIT includes the provision that on completion the crushed concrete and geotextile membrane to the temporary car park will be removed and the topsoil regraded to the original ground contours. A report dated 4 December 2019 to the Development Control Panel said that the development had been ‘recently completed’, suggesting that this was sometime in 2019. That was four years ago and the temporary car park is still there. Can you please advise what action the Council has taken to rectify this breach of planning permission?
